How to Lodge a Fair-Play Claim
- Attempt Contact: Call and email the client using the direct telephone number and email unlocked on your proposal card.
- Wait 72 Hours: Allow reasonable time for the client to reply (many planners work during the day and check event emails in the evening or weekends).
- Submit Dispute Ticket: Go to your proposal dashboard and click “Fair-Play Guarantee Dispute”. Select the reason (e.g. “Invalid Telephone Number” or “No Response After 3 Attempts”).
- Admin Audit & Immediate Credit: Our admin team dials the client to confirm. If invalid or unresponsive, your wallet is credited within 24 hours.
